Surveillance Manager, Cherokee Nation Entertainment

Amber Coker, CSP works for Cherokee Nation Entertainment as the Surveillance Manager for the West Siloam Springs and Grove Casinos. Working in asset and game protection for over 25 years, Amber has become proficient in increasing efficiencies and identifying ways to mitigate negative trends in the gaming industry.

Amber manages 26 employees and is responsible for resource deployment, budgeting and asset/guest protection. Amber’s fluent understanding of the gaming regulation, tribal/federal law has worked to create a comprehensive set of KPI’s that assist tracking departmental performance.

Amber currently holds the status of Certified Surveillance Professional through The International Association of Certified Surveillance Professionals. Amber is a proud board member of the Tribal Gaming Protection Network, where her invaluable dedication and service have significantly contributed to the organization's mission. She is also actively involved in the Women in Tribal Gaming Symposium planning committee; helping to empower and uplift women in the industry, furthering the event's success through her commitment and expertise. Along with this, Amber holds several other certifications recognized throughout the Security/Surveillance industry.
