Apache Danforth

Apache Danforth, an enrolled member of the Oneida Nation in Wisconsin, stands as an accomplished entrepreneur and independent consultant, proudly steering the helm of Good Words Consulting, LLC (GWC) specializing in public relations, tourism development, strategic planning, project management, and business development. She also founded and owns Good Words Travel LLC, a receptive tour operation launched in January 2024.

"As an Indigenous woman and business owner, I am driven by the desire to contribute my expertise to organizations that appreciate and resonate with my Indigenous values, worldview, and work ethic. Emerging professionally resilient from the challenges posed by the pandemic, I am more motivated than ever to cultivate a client base that values not only my Indigenous perspective but also my innate ability to nurture and build robust, healthy business relationships," Apache shared.

Apache stands at the forefront of the Indigenous consulting industry, offering a comprehensive array of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of its clients. She has solidified her reputation for excellence prior to and since the inception of GWC in 2022. With a firm commitment to delivering unparalleled results, she has strategically positioned GWC as a trusted partner for organizations seeking to enhance their communications, strategic planning, project management, tourism and business development efforts.

In response to the critical needs of tourism development in Wisconsin’s Indigenous communities, GWC launched its Indigenous Tourism Division (ITD) in 2024, recognizing the significant economic growth potential in assisting Indigenous communities and entities with developing sustainable tourism projects rooted in their sovereignty and cultural heritage.
