Mr. Soper brings decades of experience overseeing the development of numerous land-based and online large-scale projects from ground-up in various international locations. Bobby is an investor, owner and manager in numerous transformative global projects in hospitality, casinos, gaming, esports, agriculture, manufacturing, renewable energy, fintech and payment processing. Bobby is currently the CEO and Founder of Sun Gaming & Hospitality (SG&H) which is operated out of Sunrise, Florida. SG&H provides advisement to regulatory bodies, resort operators, investors, private equity funds, banks and developers in every area of gaming regulations, resort finance, development and operations for land-based and digital large-scale projects.

Prior to his current entrepreneurial initiatives, Bobby spent over 20 years in the corporate world serving in various executive roles and grew an organization from a single property to a multi-property international company consistently improving the financial condition of the company in every role he served. Among various positions, Mr. Soper has served as President & CEO of Mohegan Sun Pocono in Wilkes-Barre, PA, President & CEO of Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT, and President & CEO of the Mohegan Parent Company, Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority (MTGA), where he was responsible for over 20,000 employees and several billion dollars in assets. In addition, Mr. Soper recently served as International President for Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment and oversaw the financing of the $2B integrated resort at Incheon airport in Seoul, Korea. In his previous role as CEO of MTGA, he had successfully led the effort to procure this coveted integrated resort license among a global field of 34 applicants.
