Don-Lee brings over sixteen years of expertise in tribal gaming within Southern California casinos. His extensive background spans casino security, surveillance, internal audit, regulatory compliance, risk management, and safety.

A proud alumnus of San Diego State University, Don-Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration and is an OSHA-authorized trainer. Since joining Sycuan in 2019, Don-Lee has risen to the position of Director of Risk Management and Safety in 2021. In this role, he oversees Sycuan Casino Resort’s safety program, manages the tort claims program, and serves as the liaison between the casino, first responder agencies, and external regulatory bodies.

Born and raised in San Diego, Don-Lee cherishes time with his wife and three children. Outside of work, the family enjoys beach outings, “glamping” in National and State Parks, and cheering on the Padres.
