Evan is a Certified Construction Manager and leads Preconstruction efforts for Connect Advisors. He oversees budgeting and planning of construction projects and provides guidance through all design phases continuing through bidding and contracting of work. 

With a track record spanning over two decades in the construction industry, Evan has been involved with well over $1 Billion worth of projects within Indian Country, encompassing both gaming and nongaming ventures. 

Evan is a Cherokee Nation citizen and resides within the Cherokee Reservation. Beyond his professional achievements, Evan is an active and engaged member of the community, dedicating his time and expertise to several organizations. He has served as a director of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Oklahoma and currently serves on the board of directors for the Broken Arrow Public Schools Foundation, and is the president of the Wauhillau Outing Club.
