George Jenkot
George Jenkot is a gaming industry leader with a diverse range of skills in the fields of Security and Surveillance. With over 35 years of leadership experience in both Native American and corporate casinos, George's areas of expertise extend to Risk Management, Workers comp, Transortation, plus the Entertainment department where he leads talent selection for a 2100 seat entertainment venue. George is a cutting edge professional with his role as an instructor, in contemporary areas of concern such as defensive tactics, building a cohesive and effective Security and Surveillance environment as well as Responsible Gaming. As a Board Certified Security Expert and a certifed ALICE / CRASE Instructor, George has been focused on solid Active Shooter preparation and response strategies for the casino industry. George has been instrumental working with the Michigan Human Trafficking task force and other National groups, bringing awareness and training to the casino community. In giving back to the community, George has spent years as an active board member and advocate for SAFE Place, a non-profit Battle Creek, Michigan organization dedicated to providing shelter and services to domestic violence victims, survivors, and their families.
