Jennifer Carleton recently joined Sightline Payments as its first Chief Legal Officer. Before joining Sightline, she was in-house counsel for an Indian casino for a decade and then spent 14 years in private practice as adviser to some of the premier gaming companies in the world.

Working in gaming her entire career has enabled Jennifer to develop an insider’s familiarity with the unique issues that arise when technology and regulation intersect. Jennifer is helping to establish an advanced Indian law and advanced gaming curriculum at the UNLV Boyd School of Law through her teaching at the law school and her work with the Indian Nations Gaming and Governance Program.
