I am Jill Benedict, a member of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe. I am also the Executive Director for the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Gaming Commission. I over see the departments of audit, surveillance, inspectors, licensing and network gaming. With 21 years of experience in tribal gaming, my focus and expertises internal controls, licensing, audit and perfromance improvement, software verification, investigations, and industry leadership engagement. 

I am also a Moderator for the Global Gaming Women Lean-In Circle. This enhanced and broadened my career by connecting with women in the gaming industry, creating skills, building knowledge about other aspects of gaming and giving me more confidence that empowers my advocacy.
