Gaming Development Representative
Jodi’s role @ AISES is leveraging her vast gaming network of game technology and tribal enterprises, to foster career development and educational opportunities for Indigenous STEM students interested in pursuing a career in the casino gaming, video and Esports vertical, with the goal of significantly increasing Indigenous representation in the Gaming STEM fields.
Jodi brings to AISES, the experience gained during a career spanning more than three decades in the Tribal gaming industry. Jodi served as a member of the boards of directors at AISES and two terms on National Indian Gaming Association, and currently sits on the Tribal Gaming Protection Network Advisory Board.
In her spare time Jodi is an official with the Catalina Channel Swimming Federation, responsible for supporting the safety of marathon swimmers from around the globe who journey to California to cross the 20-mile channel. Jodi is a proud AISES Sequoyah Fellow and recipient of the Tribal Gaming Protection Network’s Women Lifetime Achievement Warrior Award, CNIGA’s Pauline Murillo Leadership Award, and OIGA’s Modern Warrior Lifetime Achievement Award.
