Joe serves as President and CEO of IntelligentTag Inc. Joe has over 40 years experience in the software industry enabling companies to achieve their strategic vision through enterprise-class software implementations.

Prior to forming IntelligentTag, Joe was responsible for leading product development at Unisys Corporation. Joe has worked in software development, consulting, services and product management roles and has extensive experience in business-driven IT transformation, enterprise architecture, meta-modeling, Artificial Intelligence and  Machine Learning technologies.

Joe brings his many years of Tier 1 financial services experience to the gaming sector to enable the next generation of real-time reasoning and artificial intelligence systems.

Joe holds 22 United States patents and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a published author. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from West Chester University and an MBA from California Lutheran University.
