Judith Wright is a dedicated professional in the Indian gaming industry, known for her passion for advancing the interests of Native American communities. As a proud member of the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians of the Kumeyaay Nation, she brings a unique perspective to her work that emphasizes cultural heritage and community empowerment.

Currently serving as the president of the National Native American Human Resources Association (NNAHRA), where she focuses on developing human resource and tribal leadership resources and solutions that benefit Native American tribes. Her involvement with NNAHRA reflects her commitment to fostering professional growth and creating a supportive work environment for Indigenous employees.

As the vice president of human resources at Valley View Casino & Hotel, Judith has played a crucial role in enhancing the casino's operations and internal guest experience. Her strategic vision has not only contributed to the casino's success but also reinforced its position as an economic cornerstone for the San Pasqual community.

In addition to her work at Valley View and volunteer work at NNAHRA, Judith is a key figure in the San Pasqual Casino Development Group (SPCDGI). In this role, she collaborates with tribal board members and operation executives to explore new opportunities for growth and innovation within the tribe’s gaming enterprise. Her insights have been invaluable in shaping initiatives that align with the community's goals and values.
