
Loren Gill
Loren Gill is the Founder and CEO of LD2G Enterprises, LLC and the leader of multiple businesses including hospitality & gaming consulting and advisory services. Additionally, he is an investor in several business and development partnerships, as well as his family equestrian related ventures.
His top clients include Hard Rock International, Seminole Gaming, Sparket – The Social Betwork (esports / sports betting), Imagine This! , TanGam® Systems (gaming suppliers) in addition to a variety of native and commercial owned gaming enterprises.
Prior to launching his own entrepreneurial enterprises, Gill served as the Chief Executive Officer for San Manuel Band of Mission Indians – a federally recognized tribe located in Highland, California. Over a five-year tenure at San Manuel, Gill served as the transformational leader building an organization that was responsible for taking the tribal government operations, multiple business units, an industry leading casino and hotel complex, and investment funds to all-time record performance levels.
Beginning in 1995, Gill has had an extensive and successful career leading a wide variety of organizations involved in tribal government gaming, privately owned gaming companies, and publicly traded gaming and hospitality companies. Gill served as General Manager of the Seneca Nation of Indian’s premier property located at Niagara Falls, NY, USA. Prior to serving the Seneca Nation, Gill held the role of Senior Vice President, Regional General Manager for the multi-property, Nevada Region and
advisor to Colorado operations of Affinity Gaming. Before joining Affinity Gaming, Gill served in various key development and property leadership roles -including Director of Development for Borgata – while with Boyd Gaming Corporation (BYD).
Gill began his career in the gaming industry as a President’s Associate with Harrah’s
Entertainment, Inc. (now Caesars Entertainment, Inc. - CZR). From 1996 to 1999, he held key development roles with the Harrah’s corporate development team, participated in the opening team of seven new casino projects and led the development of multiple hotel, casino, and restaurant renovation projects. From 1999-2002, he served as Vice President of Service Operations for Harrah’s New Orleans.
Loren received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Eastern Illinois University and earned a Master of Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Gill has held key gaming licenses in the states of Nevada, Illinois, Louisiana, New York, and California as well as key gaming licenses with the Seneca Nation of Indians and the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians.
Gill is the proud father of two children – Alic (20) and Leighton (5). He enjoys travel, golf, fishing, wine collecting, cooking and entertaining family and friends.
