With over 18 years of experience, she has built and led high-performing teams, partnered with Fortune 500 companies, and spearheaded initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and security.

Melissa established her gaming career at Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and now leads at Bulletproof, GLIs technology and cybersecurity arm, where she has been instrumental in expanding markets, shaping business strategy, and strengthening GLIs position as the global leader in testing, certification, and cybersecurity services for gaming and lottery industries.

A lifelong learner with a passion for problem-solving, Melissa holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering, along with minors in Business and Mathematics. Beyond her technical expertise, she is deeply committed to mentoring and empowering future leaders in gaming. She actively contributes to Global Gaming Women’s Lean-In executive peer groups, serves as a tabletop moderator for Sip and Social, and co-chairs the Game Changer series.
