Previously, as VP at Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, Robert led vital commercial services for notable resorts like The Guitar Hotel. Speaking Experience: Robert was a speaker at two sessions at the 2024 Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention this April. He presented on leveraging AI and machine learning for guest experience as well as served as a panelist in a session on the future of database marketing in gaming. It is the largest gathering of tribal leaders and casino executives in the country and has an audience of about 6,000.

Additionally, Robert moderated a panel for HSMAI South Florida in May 2023 on how revenue management, sales, and marketing come together to drive hotel demand and profitability. About 75 people attended that panel.
