(Chair, Risk & Compliance Committee; Member, Audit, Compensation and Nom/Gov Committees), a global gaming technology company which recently shared its intention to go public on the NYSE; and StoneAge Holdings, Inc. (Chair, Governance Committee), an ESOP company and category leader for industrial cleaning tools servicing the mining, oil/gas and specialty materials sectors. Ms. Bangalore also serves as an active member of the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence Insights Council, a collective of global board members and executive leaders at the forefront of corporate governance.
