The Indian Gaming Association Tradeshow & Convention is the largest gathering of tribal leaders and casino executives in the country. This Tradeshow & Convention is where attendees can gather to learn, network, and exchange industry-specific ideas on today's hottest gaming topics while also celebrating the community's success, strength, and self-reliance.

Non-industry guests such as family members or children can attend. Please contact IndianGaming@xpressreg.net to request a guest badge or stop by the registration desk at the show. 

We do not mail badges. But when you pre-register online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your barcode. Simply bring it to the show, scan it with our onsite readers, and print out your badge quickly and easily!

Cancellations must be received in writing at IndianGaming@xpressreg.net on or before March 7, 2025, in order to receive a refund. After March 7, 2025, refunds are not available. Substitutions may be made at any time by notifying the registration office in writing at IndianGaming@xpressreg.net

Groups of four (4) or more are eligible for a 15% discount on the Tradeshow & Convention package. To get the discount, you must use the registration link and register 4 or more attendees during the same session. Attendee registration is available here.

Exhibitor Registration is coming soon. Each individual from your company attending the show is required to have an Exhibitor Badge to access the exhibit floor. You will receive four (4) booth staff badges and two (2) Exhibitor Platinum Plus badges (which provide access to the Chairman’s Award Luncheon and Tuesday Conference Sessions) per 100 square feet of booth space. 

Any Exhibitor who has engaged an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) must ensure that the EAC has a current Certificate of Insurance on file with GES or Show Management evidencing the correct coverage at least 10 days prior to the first move-in date of the show or the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor will be prohibited access to the facility to perform any work. Please view the exhibitor manual for more information.

• Warehouse receiving hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.
