Hotel arrangements for Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention attendees and exhibitors will be handled by our official housing company, CONNECTIONS HOUSING. Connections is still currently negotiating the best rates at area hotels near the San Diego Convention Center. Housing - Coming Soon!

If you are traveling by plane we recommend to fly into the following airport:

San Diego International Airport (SAN) - This is the closest airport to the convention center.

All Exhibitors receive:
• Four (4) All-Access Badges (includes access to all conference sessions, networking events & receptions)
• Two (2) Platinum Plus passes per 100 square feet of booth space.

Exhibitors with a Standard Booth Package for Booths 399 Sq. Ft. and Below, Per 10' x 10' Space will receive:

  • One ( 1 ) 6' Black Skirted Table
  • Two ( 2 ) Black Plastic Contour Chairs
  • One ( 1 ) Wastebasket
  • One ( 1 ) 17" x 11" Booth ID Sign

Exhibitors with a Standard Booth Package for Booths 400 Sq. Ft. and Over will receive:

  • One ( 1 ) 6' Black Skirted Table
  • Two ( 2 ) Black Plastic Contour Chairs
  • One ( 1 ) Wastebasket
  • One ( 1 ) 17" x 11" Booth ID Sign


Please Note: The Facility is Not Carpeted and Flooring is Mandatory.

We will provide Exhibitor Marketing Tools which are coming soon. In addition to our free marketing and promotional tools, we also offer sponsorship opportunities that will be released soon.

Exhibitor Registration is coming soon. Each individual from your company attending the show is required to have an Exhibitor Badge to access the exhibit floor. You will receive four (4) booth staff badges and two (2) Exhibitor Platinum Plus badges (which provide access to the Chairman’s Award Luncheon and Tuesday Conference Sessions) per 100 square feet of booth space. 

Any Exhibitor who has engaged an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) must ensure that the EAC has a current Certificate of Insurance on file with GES or Show Management evidencing the correct coverage at least 10 days prior to the first move-in date of the show or the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor will be prohibited access to the facility to perform any work. Please view the exhibitor manual for more information.

Yes, you may move in your own booth materials or have an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) do it. However, all EACs are required to have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with GES or Show Management evidencing the correct coverage at least 10 days prior to the first move-in date of the show.
